Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days therefore you should receive it within
5 working days (Excluding Bank Holidays). When orders are placed at the weekend they will be processed on the next working day.

We will send your order by Standard Delivery Royal Mail and it will arrive with your normal post. This is usually £2.95 but is subject to postal changes.

International and EU Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch international customer orders within 3 days. Your order may take up to 14 days to arrive but usually takes less time. When orders are placed at the weekend they will be processed on the next working day. Our international delivery charge is  £8.00.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your order  but if not we will arrange a refund. We are happy to exchange swimwear and beanies, that are faulty, free of charge. Swimwear and beanies that are incorrect in size, or option, will need to have postage paid again. Therefore we recommend ordering more options for the one postage charge.

Please return items unworn, in original condition and with all labels and hygiene strips intact within 14 days OR 28 days for international and EU customers.

You will need to return the order with the completed returns form and your order number. Send the merchandise in the envelope you received it, or a jiffy envelope, and return by recorded delivery. All customers are required to pay the return postage. We advise you obtain a Proof of Posting certificate when you return any goods to us. When we receive the order back, we can then proceed to give you a full refund.

This also applies with faulty goods or if the goods have been damaged in transit.

Once we receive your item we will look to process it within 5 working days.
All refunds will be made back to your original payment method.

Please allow 14 days for the monies to be credited to your account when being refunded.

Original postage is non refundable.

If an item is undelivered we will refund your account after 28 days.
