If you are not completely satisfied with your order and for any reason would like to return your purchase then we will exchange, or refund, your money. See conditions below.

Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days with a completed returns form in the package. Items must be in their original condition with tags and hygiene strips in tact. Please use the envelope you received your merchandise in, or a jiffy envelope and return by recorded delivery.

International sales must be returned within 28 days with a completed returns form in the package. Items must be in their original condition with tags and hygiene strips in tact. Please use the envelope you received your merchandise in, or a jiffy envelope and return by recorded delivery.

Refunds

Brave Ladies want you to be entirely confident and happy!
You can cancel your order  within 14 days and get a full refund.

We will donate £1 from each purchase you make to Macmillan cancer trust.
