Do I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. You will receive confirmation via your e-mail so please keep an eye on your junk/spam boxes.

Can I change my order?

We cannot change an order once it has been processed, but once you return the item with our Freepost label we can then refund your money. Please contact us at Brave Ladies on 0208 432 6434 and we will be happy to help.

What should I do if my credit/debit card is refused?

Please contact your card provider if this issue arises.

I have had a mastectomy do I pay VAT?

We do not charge VAT on any of our swimwear or beanies.

Where is your swimwear made?

Our first collection was made in Britain but we have since moved production to a swimwear factory in Lithuania.

How can I pay for my order?

Preferably online but can take payments over the phone if necessary 0208 432 6434. You can cancel your order at any time within 14 days and get a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the order with the completed returns form and send with our FREEPOST returns label. When we receive the order we can then proceed to give you a full refund.

At what point is my card charged?

Your card is charged when your order is despatched.

Can I register an account?

We don’t have “accounts” available right now but we would love it if you subscribed to us and we can keep you up to date with our products and changes via e-mail.
